Shipping Policy - Gulf Cart
At **Gulf Cart**, we make sure your order reaches you fast across all 7 Emirates.
**1. Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 12 hours. Orders placed after 8 PM will be processed next morning.
**2. Delivery Time**
Delivery takes **1-3 working days** across UAE.
* Â Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1-2 Days
* Â Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain: 2-3 Days
**3. Shipping Charges**
* Â **FREE Delivery** on all orders.
**4. Cash on Delivery (COD)**
COD is available all over UAE. Please keep the exact amount ready and ensure someone is available to receive the order.
**5. Order Tracking**
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and Email. You can track your order from our "Track Your Order" page.
**6. Failed Delivery**
If courier is unable to reach you or you don't answer, they will attempt delivery 2 more times. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us and cancelled.
**7. Returns**
We offer a **7-day return policy** from the day your item is delivered. Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags. For damaged or wrong item, we will provide free replacement.
To start a return, contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days with your order number and video of the product.
